A separate three-bedroom cottage on a long block five minutes out of Young, with a covered verandah facing north-east over the paddock. Mown grass runs west into box woodland where the kangaroos come out in the evening.

We are looking on the South Coast and the Mid North Coast. Headland outlooks, older buildings, walking distance to water.

Most short-stay portfolios are a spreadsheet of addresses. Ours is three things we actually do.

Acquire or lease

We buy properties outright where we can, and take long leases where an owner would rather keep the asset. Either way we carry the risk, not the guest.

Set them up properly

Real beds, working heating, fast internet, and a local caretaker who can be there in ten minutes. The things people remember are the things that went wrong.

Run them in the open

Listed where guests look, registered where the state requires, insured for what we actually do.

Have a house sitting idle?

If you own somewhere that would make a good stay but you have no appetite for cleaning schedules and midnight phone calls, we will take it on a long lease and pay you a fixed rent whether it is full or empty.

We handle registration, furnishing, cleaning and guests

Property returned in the condition it was leased in
